    <title>Early HIV Treatment: Then and Now</title>

    <summary>I would prefer that the government (both the U.S. and the San Francisco Dept. of Health) wait until data from the START study is available before changing their recommendations. I think that public health officials have a responsibility to be more conservative in their recommendations, which should be based on the results of randomized clinical trials whenever possible.</summary>
