NYC Condom Wrapper Design Contest

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for years has had a successful program of distributing free NYC-branded condoms.

As part of their plans to keep that momentum, they are sponsoring a contest for new artwork to be displayed on the NYC-branded condom wrappers.
