The story has been circulating in the tabloids and on Twitter for the past couple of weeks, and it's not the first time that Kutcher's been accused of cheating on wife Demi Moore.
While these rumors may or may not be true, this week, Us shares Leal's side of the story. And according to her, the two did not practice safe sex:
After retreating to Kutcher's bedroom past 6 a.m., "he lost his towel and I took my robe off," Leal says. "Then we had sex."Quite frankly, whatever happens between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore is their business. But if Leal's account is true and he is having unprotected sex with strangers, he's risking a whole lot more than his marriage.
"He was good," Leal reveals. "It wasn't weird or perverted." It also wasn't 100 percent safe, either: Leal tells Us that Kutcher did not wear a condom during their one-on-one encounter.
So here's our advice to Ashton:
It doesn't matter if it's New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day, when it comes to HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, What Happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas (or in this case San Diego). This year marked the 30th anniversary of the AIDS epidemic--it's no longer That '70s Show. And when you Spread your Personal Effects without protection, it's Open Season for HIV and other STIs.
Regardless of whether it feels A Lot Like Love, or if the sex was intended to have No Strings Attached, it's a bit Miss Guided to simply Guess Who else your partner may have slept with in the past. It shouldn't take Two and a Half Men to figure out that it all comes Down to You: No one else can be The Guardian of your sexual health.
So wear a condom--you can even get them Cheaper by the Dozen.
Why isn't POZ giving the same advice about using condoms to Leal?
Just Shoot Me! I chose to focus my post on Ashton Kutcher and his marriage to Demi Moore. But you're right Mimi -- Leal should also be warned about the risks of having unprotected sex. Playing such Reindeer Games could leave one Grounded For Life.

HI. This is james cotromanes from wheaton, IL In 2008 I tested FALSE positive for HIV, only to find out later when seeking treatment, that I didnt have HIV. But it was because of not using condoms and unsafe sex that put me in that situation that could have turned out much worse. It doesnt matter who you are and where your from, wrap it up or go do 100 sit ups to cool down. Protect yourself always and others too. respect life my friends.

I thinking the half man in two and half men is Ashton also I think the condom message is a little late for this gentleman, for he tasted the good feeling of natural sex and the message to him might be to be honest and real in his relationships and get it right in your next marriage, where you can be real and live a life of true love and a growing loving relation, for sooner are later he will understand that being a Honest Man with integrity is better than a rich spoiled brat within a fake movie set. It is a journey of finding truth within all of us, I believe, for that is the message I received as I grew up and hope he understand it too and if a condom works for him, put it on and it not, try being honest and a gentleman especially with your wife. Boy, I think a movie needs to be in the works on integrity for Actors and Actress or maybe a class on integrity before each film is made or TV show. Ashton you have so many blessings and opportunities and a role model for many young folks and what’s up Dude, for you have so much and many of your fans have so little and why are you wasting it on the good old boy’s tricks. my opinion on this is that all these celebs acting like sluts and sleeping with everyone is so risky that they are probaly infecting everyone and dont even know it. come on hollywood just because you are famous does not mean you are invincible.
Even addressing this issue makes me gag.......the chick is a tramp and he should know better. Why are we wasting time and resources on this type of news?????? She was probably hoping to get knocked up and cash in......nothing new there.
Why call them sluts because they enjoy sex? Why is it that people associate being sexual with being a slut or promiscuous? Informed decision making and open dialogue before having sex with whomever, wherever and whenever you so choose, is PERFECTLY NORMAL!!!

I agree with Lary, so they BOY get in bed, they both had sex, they both chose to use not to have safe sex but somehow she's the tramp and the article only focuses on him - weren't we supposed to be combating *against* stereotypes????
