I enjoyed the article. I realise that San Francisco has had an AIDS Memorial Park for numerous years, it's great to see NYC going down that same path. As a Sydney resident I'm perplexed that Sydney does not have any such place to remember those we have lost. My guess is because Australia has one of the lowest infection rates in the Western World. But that does not soften the heart ache for those many Gay Men who have lost loved ones. The NYC AIDS Memorial Park is just another reason for myself to jump on a plane and come visit. Cheers. xxoo
