This is some really interesting facts about green tea. I knew for instance it helped with weight loss, but not that you had to have at least 4 cups a day for it to work, or about the cholesterol thing. I enjoy tea more than coffee, so I like to try new teas, especially naturally sweeter ones (less sweetener to add then) so fruity teas are a good try. Thanks for the tips and info.
